Who do we write for?

We write for people who aspire to find better and simpler ways to do business. They are CEOs, business owners, managers, team leaders, and employees who are curious, innovative, and open to working smarter, better, and faster.

What is our tone?

Our tone is conversational and informative. We are respectful and open-minded to different points of view. But overall, we are helpful and want to demystify the complexities of running a business and managing teams.

So be helpful with your writing, include examples if you can, and make sure to add actionable steps for the reader. Tone down the brand promotion and make sure to include credible sources in your research.

Our requirements

  • Original content that is well-researched and well-written. It should not have been published previously elsewhere.
  • Minimum length of 900 to a maximum of 1,500 words (More or less, but we value quality over quantity).
  • Use backlinks from credible, authoritative sources.
  • Formatted for readability (10-12 words per line)
  • Write a compelling title that includes the pitched keyword
  • Use subheads (H2, H3, etc) to improve the flow and makes it easy for readers to scroll
  • Break up text into short paragraphs, aim for no more than 5 sentences
  • Consider using bullets throughout the article
  • Include images or infographics
  • Author bio if you want
  • Help us promote the piece by backlinking and sharing on Social media
  • If relevant, link back to the post from your website

  • We found that tips, lists, actionable insights and guides are the most popular articles

Submission of article

You can send the final draft of your article for approval at team@workfacta.com. We reserve the right to edit some headlines and recreate the infographics to make them even more compelling!
