Workfacta was designed from the frustrations I encountered on my own journey, growing a small engineering business through an IPO into an ASX listed public company.
Along the way, I saw firsthand how great teams and strong strategies can get lost in management friction: the frustrating gap between plans and execution. Endless meetings, scattered tools, and inefficiencies that slow progress and drain momentum.
