Does it handle multiple shifts, lines and sites?

Why might our OEE look lower than before?

Many plants report an OEE that flatters them, because the counts, rated speeds or calculation can’t be traced. Workfacta calculates OEE in compliance with the international standard, using rated speeds agreed for every machine. A lower number isn’t the plant getting worse.
